Health Department Lifts Beach Advisory for Stillwater Cove, Pebble Beach

The Monterey County Health Department lifted its Tuesday beach advisory for Stillwater Cove and Pebble Beach after bacteria content in the waters reached safe standards on Wednesday.

The health department said rainfall can bring high levels of bacteria in waters near storm drains like culverts, streams and rivers due to excess runoff.
