Plastic Bag Bans Debated on California Ballot

Two measures on the November ballot could bring plastic bags to a store near you. One measure aims to overturn a ban that Gov. Jerry Brown just signed on plastic carry-out bags. The second measure would direct the current 10 cent carry-out bag fees to fund environmental projects. Brown supports the plastic bag ban.
