Early Indications Show Omicron Is More Transmissible, Less Severe

Cases of the omicron COVID-19 variant are being found in more states and as overall infections climb, early indications show the new variant may not be as severe, though likely is more transmissible. And one vaccine’s effectiveness – may not be as good. Ian Cull reports.
