SF Enacts New Rule For Corner Stores

San Francisco Mayor London Breed on Saturday announced a new rule for all stores that are 5,000 square-feet or smaller to close by 8 p.m. The rule, which went into effect Sunday, is to prevent crowds from gathering outside the businesses late at night. Sergio Quintana reports.
