2-Year-Old Kidnapped Boy Found Safe by Oakland Police

When a child goes missing, every second matters. In Oakland Thursday morning, a 2-year-old boy was handed over to police, right after an Amber Alert went out. But there’s still more questions than answers, as police continue to search for the woman behind the kidnapping. Melissa Colorado reports.
