A makeover may be in store for one of the most iconic and visible landmarks in the East Bay.
The Claremont Club and Spa is considering transforming its front parking lot into a grand entrance with 45 new condos. The plans are scheduled to be unveiled during a planning meeting at the hotel late Thursday.
