8 Bay Area Counties Loosening Mask Restrictions

Beginning Feb. 16, San Francisco will join all but one Bay Area county in lifting indoor mask mandates in most settings. For most, it’s a reason to cheer, but some are wondering if this step is coming too soon. Sergio Quintana reports.
