A closer look: Proposed new city in Solano County

A group of tech billionaires are trying to build a whole new private city in the North Bay. It doesn’t have a name yet, but they’re calling the project “California Forever.” NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Congressman John Garamendi, who represents the area where the new city could be built, for some insight.
