A look at the $2.3 billion tunnel being built at Anderson Dam

NBC Bay Area was given a very up-close look at a critical tunnel inside the Anderson Dam in Morgan Hill Friday. Ian Cull was inside and talked with the project manager about the reasons for the $2.3 billion dollar project.
