Air Quality, Pollution Concerns in Wake of NuStar Fire

The black smoke that billowed from the NuStar facility fire for hours Tuesday is now gone. But the looming questions are: What exactly was in all that smoke? And how will they keep all that burned fuel and firefighting foam from ending up polluting the nearby bay? Melissa Colorado reports.
