Attorney Calls on California Attorney General to Review Deadly Shooting, Vallejo Police Department

The department is broken, deadly and failing is community. That’s the accusation Civil Rights Attorney John Burris leveled against Vallejo police on Wednesday. He wants the state to step in and so does the family of a man killed by a Vallejo officer. Christie Smith reports.
