Backpacks, Supplies Come Together for Supporting Our Schools

For some parents the return of school brings new worries about whether they can afford their child’s school supplies. NBC Bay Area and Telemundo 48 are teaming up with Family Giving Tree for our second annual Supporting Our Schools backpack drive. Consumer Investigator Chris Chmura reports.
