Bay Area City Leaders Respond to ‘Defunding the Police' Policy

Communities across the nation are calling for the defunding of police departments. But the mayor of the Bay Area’s largest city says no, as the San Jose Police Department is making a major announcement Monday. Damian Trujillo reports.
