Bay Area fire tracker: Vallejo brush fire, Alameda structure fire

Vallejo FD The onset of dry north wind across Northern California later Tuesday into Wednesday has prompted a red flag warning for portions of the North Bay mountains from Tuesday night into Wednesday. Meteorologist Rob Mayeda reports.

Several fires have been reported in the Bay Area.

Multi-alarm brush fire in Vallejo

Firefighters on Thursday, Sept. 7, were responding to a three-alarm vegetation fire in Vallejo.

The blaze is reported at Benicia Road and Banning Way. Firefighters said one structure was threatened.

Structure fire response in Alameda

A structure fire was reported Thursday, Sept. 7, in Alameda.

Firefighters said the blaze was in the 2200 block of San Antonio Avenue and asked residents to avoid the area.
