Bay Area Man Billed For Bridge Toll After Truck Was Stolen

NBC Bay Area responds to a man whose truck was stolen and damaged by thieves who took it for a joy ride. On top of the banged up truck, he was stuck with a $6 Bay Bridge toll bill he felt he shouldn’t have to pay. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
