Bay Area Man Charged $10K For Canceled Cable Service

NBC Bay Area responds to a Palo Alto man who canceled his AT&T U-Verse service in 2015 and last August discovered the telecom company never stopped charging his credit card each month. He had paid more than $10,000 for a service he wasn’t using. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
