Bay Area Man Returns Defective Shoes, But Gets No Refund

NBC Bay Area responds to a San Jose man who says a pair of $89 adidas shoes started falling apart after just a few months. After he shipped them back, he was due a refund that he never received. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
