Bay Area Officials to Make Statement With State of the Union Invites

Sexual assault survivors and DACA recipients will be among the Bay Area guests invited to Tuesday nights State of the Union address, as members of Congress such as Rep. Mark DeSaulnier use their invite list to make a political statement. Others like Oakland Rep. Barbara Lee are boycotting the speech. Mark Matthews reports.
