Bay Area Desperate For Rain As La Nina Grips West Coast. Jeff Ranieri With Abnormal Trend.

February 9th, 2011. This has truly been a past 12 months of extremes in the Bay Area. It was just months ago that we experienced a record cool Summer and above average rain in 2010. Now the La Nina pattern has taken hold. Since January 1st only 6 days with measurable rain with the Bay Area starting to fall below average for the rainfall season.
