Bay Area Woman Wants Domestic Violence Registry

A Bay Area woman and domestic violence survivor is calling for a registry of domestic violence offenders. The registry would be similar to the ‘Megan’s Law’ list for child molesters. NBC Bay Area’s Stephanie Chuang reports from San Francisco.
