Belmont Woman Gets Bill For Taxes Under Former SF Address

NBC Bay Area responds to a Belmont woman with a phone bill problem. She was getting billed by Sprint for 911 taxes on her mobile phone for a San Francisco address where she no longer lived. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
