Berkeley's “Big People” Sculptures to be Removed

Two bronze works of art in Berkeley located on the I-80 bike bridge near the waterfront are set to be removed, possibly as soon as November. The city’s civic arts commission said that removing the sculptures, which were installed in 2008, will be cheaper than maintaining them.
