Big Questions Remain Despite Mount Diablo Unified Reopening Approval

One of the Bay Area’s largest school districts is taking a step toward reopening its classrooms. But despite approving a reopening plan – there are still big questions about when Contra Costa’s Mount Diablo Unified School District will actually have students back on campus. Scott Budman reports.
