Black Friday Rings in Start of Holiday Shopping Season

Shoppers came out in droves for the unofficial start of the holiday shopping season. Stores across the Bay Area opened early Friday morning, and even Thursday afternoon, for Black Friday. Elyce Kirchner reports.
