Black Friday Sales Dip Online and at Brick-and-Mortar Stores

Shoppers spent $8.9 billion online on Black Friday, down from $9 billion a year ago, and while foot traffic at brick-and-mortar stores was up 48% from 2020, it was down about 28% from 2019, before the pandemic. Bob Redell reports.
