A brush fire was burning Friday on a small, uninhabited piece of land in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, according to the Rio Vista Fire Department.
The department circled the area in a boat and determined that there weren't any structures or property threatened.
The department said it is going to let the fire burn itself out.
