Building Safety Pits Charity Against Catholic Diocese

A battle over a building had an East Bay charity turning away pregnant, homeless women on Friday. The Catholic Diocese, which owns the building, claims it is seismically unsafe. NBC Bay Area’s Kimberly Tere reports.
