Businesses Forced to Close Again

They just opened up and now they have to close. Governor Newsom ordered new shutdowns of restaurants, bars and other indoor businesses in 19 California counties due to the COVID-19 spike, three of them being Santa Clara, Contra Costa and Solano. Cheryl Hurd reports.
