California Dioceses Subpoenaed in Priest Sex Abuse Probe

Half of California’s Catholic dioceses were subpoenaed by the state attorney general as part of an investigation into whether they have properly handled allegations of sexual abuse by priests, a church spokesman said Tuesday.
