California Housing Market to Cool Down?

It’s been red hot for a long time, but it appears the California housing market is about to cool down. Experts say rising prices and higher interest rates are pushing people out, but realtors say it’s not all doom and gloom. NBC Bay Area’s Jodi Hernandez reports.
