Fire Rips Through Richmond Pallet Plant

Firefighters in Richmond battled a blaze Wednesday at 3 a.m., which broke out at a pallet manufacturing plant on Brookside Drive. Battalion Chief Merlin Turner said lightning may have sparked the fire. Christie Smith reports.
