Citizen Firefighters in Small East Bay Community on Alert

On Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning there is fire danger across Northern California, including in the East Bay hills. One community near Moraga is actually coming together, working in shifts to protect themselves and alert authorities. Ian Cull reports.
