Bay Area had dirtier air than LA in some categories, per annual report

A new report shows the Bay Area had some of the worst air quality in the nation recently. In fact, it was worse than Los Angeles in some categories. But before you start holding your breath, you should know the bad news comes with a catch. Ian Cull reports.
