Company Teams With Restaurants to Reduce Wasted Food

Ahead of Earth Day, NBC Bay Area highlights a new app called Too Good to Go that connects users with resraurants selling surprise bags of food at one-third the price. The company says it has saved about 5 million meals in the U.S.
