Community Weighs in on Los Gatos ‘North 40' Development

The Los Gatos community had the chance on Tuesday to weigh in on the controversial “North 40” development. Phase one calls for more than 300 housing units, along with retail shops. The proposed development would be on 44-acres of empty orchard space at Highways 85 and 17. Neighbors are worried it will cause big traffic problems. The town council’s final vote will happen next month.
