Congressman Holds Concord Town Hall on E-Cigarette Ban

East Bay Congressman Mark DeSaulnier held a town hall at Concord High School Thursday night, telling the crowd he wants to follow in San Francisco’s footsteps and ban e-cigarettes nationwide. He wants the FDA to make an official ruling on the products. Cheryl Hurd reports.
