Controversial RV Parking Lot Program in Mountain View

Like so many other Bay Area cities, Mountain View has a problem with homelessness. People living in their cars and RVs are parked on city streets. The city is now considering opening a parking lot for the vehicles. Anoushah Rasta reports.
