Convicted Killer Scott Peterson Files Appeal

In 2005 Scott Peterson was convicted of killing his wife Laci and their unborn child. Today it was learned that Peterson has filed an appeal with the state Supreme Court. NBC Bay Area’s cheryl hurd has more.
