Counseling for Preschool Children on Chopping Block in Oakland

Imagine witnessing a shooting outside your home, or even worse, losing a family member to gunfire. For many Oakland children, that is a reality. A counseling program designed to help pre-schoolers cope with violence is on the chopping block. NBC Bay Area’s Jodi Hernandez discovered it comes at a time when many say they need it the most.
