Couple Gets Credit Instead of Refund on Insured Airline Tick

NBC Bay Area responds to a Concord couple who bought insurance on airline tickets for a trip to Puerto Rico, and when they were unable to make the trip, Expedia offered them credit instead of a refund. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
