Couple Stuck With Connecting Flight Fee on Round Trip Ticket

NBC Bay Area responds to a North Bay couple whose round-trip flight to the Philippines nearly left them stranded and cost them more than they budgeted. They were forced to pay an extra $380 for a connecting flight booking site Expedia wouldn’t cover. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
