Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office Report Shows Number of Minority Prosecutions

The numbers are out and the chief prosecutor in the South Bay doesn’t like them. According to the District Attorney’s Office, people of color are disproportionately prosecuted when you compare them to the overall county population. Damian Trujillo reports.
