Driver Leads CHP on Wrong-Way Pursuit in Vallejo

The California Highway Patrol’s helicopter caught a wild, wrong-way chase in Vallejo Friday night. Police say it began when they started chasing a car and the driver went the wrong way on the Carquinez Bridge. He surrendered in a backyard 30 minutes later.
