Dry Winter Woes

The last measurable rain in the south bay fell back on December 15th, and that was just .04 of an inch. While we wait for raindrops to fall, problems caused by the dry spell are pouring in. NBC Bay Area’s Jodi Hernandez has a look at the impact.
