DUI Driver Arrested In SF After Bicyclist Struck

The California Highway Patrol arrested Cerena Barros on charges of driving under the influence after they say she struck a bicyclist, who has since been released from the hospital. This is not Barros’ first DUI. Bob Redell reports.
