M3.4 earthquake shakes in North Bay

A preliminary 3.4 magnitude earthquake struck Monday morning in the North Bay, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The quake struck at 8:45 a.m. and was centered about 13 miles northeast of Healdsburg, the USGS said.
