East Bay Man's Unusual Shipment Sent Back Without a Refund

NBC Bay Area responds to an East Bay man who wanted to ship a favorite cereal to his friends in Norway, but it was sent back to him along with a series of shipping charges he felt he didn’t owe. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
