East Bay Woman Disputes $1,600 Cellphone Bill

NBC Bay Area responds to a Danville woman who got a $1,600 cellphone bill. She discovered her son using his phone while the family was in the Philippines, and she immediately asked AT&T to turn on its international “passport” plan. But the roaming charges continued.
