East Bay Woman Pays Twice For the Same Repair Work

NBC Bay Area responds to a Contra Costa County woman who had a belt problem with her Buick and paid a Meineke shop $913 to fix it. When her car wouldn’t start, she had it towed to a Buick dealer and paid about $1,500 to do the same work all over again. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
