UPDATE: Bauer was found shortly after 2 p.m.
Danville police are asking the public to help them find a missing 81-year-old Danville man who suffers from mental health problems.
Eugene Bauer, 81, was reported missing around noon from his home in Greenbrook Drive. He suffers from dementia, and was last seen wearing a shurt with stripes, dark colored workout pants and dark colored tennis shoes.
He may answer to the name "Sonny."
Police are advising anyone who sees Bauer to call 911 immediately and inform police.
